Most people need 4-5 sessions for lasting change. We start with a 3-session package—enough to see real results. If you improve (many do), you can choose to continue. No commitment beyond the first 3.
Generally, no—and honestly, that’s part of the problem. Insurance happily covers things that manage your symptoms, not solve them. Pills? Covered. More referrals? Of course. But something that actually works? Not their priority. Some clients do manage to use their Health Spending Accounts (HSAs)—check with your provider. Most of our clients come to us after exhausting thousands on things that didn’t help. They’re happy to pay out of pocket—because for the first time, they’re getting real relief. And hey—if it solves the pain, would you really deny yourself just because insurance doesn’t get it?
Nope—but here’s why. Most people start seeing results in 3 sessions (and many stay for 5-6 to fully reset). You’re only committing to those first 3—to feel the change for yourself. If it’s not working, we won’t take you further. But we can’t refund the time spent—our hypnotherapist doesn’t have a rewind button. Sorry!
